“We are busy, but that is never a hindrance for us to set aside time and unite for activities like this,” said Orlando Carlos, deacon from the Local Congregation of San Malou, Ecclesiastical District of Macau. He was speaking about the clean-up activity held by the brethren in Macau on January 30, 2022.

For the activity, the brethren spruced up the banks of the waterway right under the Avenida Panorâmica Do Lago Sai Van in Macau. They collected and properly disposed waste materials, such as plastic bags, bottles, and empty cans.

Leading the event was Brother Michael Mercado, resident minister. He said that the brethren in the local congregation are thankful for the chance to “be together for the socio-civic activity.” — With reports from INC News Section
