“It is such a wonderful feeling to finally have a GWS in Santa Fe, New Mexico,” said the Albuquerque Congregation resident minister, Brother Abel Docena, expressing the collective sentiment of Church members residing in the said city.

He disclosed, “Our brethren who live in the Santa Fe area used to travel from 60 to 110 miles just to reach the place of worship of the Local Congregation of Albuquerque”—where they were formerly registered. “But now, they finally have a group worship service (GWS) here, which God has gifted to them,” he enthused.

The Santa Fe GWS was inaugurated on June 22, 2023 through the worship service officiated by the Mountain States Ecclesiastical District supervising minister.

Emphasizing the value of prayer in his Bible-based sermon, Brother Lowell Nucum encouraged the Santa Fe brethren to always approach and call on God in time of need, especially, in His house, the house of worship, since it is there that He promised to listen to their prayers.

The Santa Fe GWS is the latest addition to the three local congregations in the state of New Mexico, USA. — With reports from Nikki Payumo of INC News Section
