The young brethren from the Ecclesiastical District of Marinduque, in the Philippines, convened at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Boac to attend a special gathering on October 27, 2023. It was held in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of KADIWA and Binhi, youth organizations in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ).

“We thank our Lord God so much, for through gatherings like this, our brothers and sisters in the faith all the more feel His compassion through the Administration that He placed in the Church,” said Brother John Ray Mullanida, resident ministerial worker.

Brother Bernardino Sabado, district supervising minister, led the holy occasion. In his biblical preaching he emphasized to the young members the importance of  being obedient to the commandments of the Lord God as proof that they remain firm in the true faith.

“I am grateful for these teachings of the Lord God. I will put into practice His commands that I’ve received today,” said KADIWA member Jana Ysabelle Malubag, who is a Children’s Worship Service officer from Boac Congregation.

Also from Boac, Binhi member Jodrei Rosell, who is a Society of Communicators and Networkers International member, declared, “I will stand my ground in upholding obedience to God’s will no matter what happens.” — With reports from Aeffryl Garcia of INC News Section
