Husbands and wives from the Local Congregation of Melton, Victoria, in the Ecclesiastical District of Australia West, had a night to remember as they spent the evening of July 23, 2023 with a fitting program over formal dinner.

They held their Buklod Night, at the Melton Country Club in Reserve Road, Melton, Victoria, with the end in view of strengthening their bond with their respective spouses, specifically, and their brotherhood as Christians, generally.

“The significance of the Buklod Night is for us to strengthen the love of the brotherhood and also the relationship between the husband and wife inside the Church Of Christ,” Stephanie Talavera, a choir member said.

Every couple delighted over a program of Iglesia Ni Cristo original music performances, a question-and-answer portion of how well do they know their respective spouse, and Guessing Game, among others.

“This activity gave me a great time to dress up nicely, learn new things about my husband, and reminisce the earlier days of our marriage,” Marilen Manalo added. — With reports from Jennelin Guanzon of INC News Section
