CWS officers in Spain hold special gathering

In the Ecclesiastical District of Spain, officers of the Pagsamba ng Kabataan (PNK) or Children’s Worship Service (CWS) attended a special gathering on November 21, 2023. It was held in commemoration of the PNK’s 105th anniversary.
“We, CWS officers, are helpers of the Church Administration in taking care of the children inside the Church Of Christ. We strive to do our part in molding the young members of the Church to be active and faithful in their service to God,” said Nicole Marie Jimenez, CWS president of the Local Congregation of Barcelona.
Brother Froilan Enriquez Jr., district supervising minister, officiated at the special gathering held at the house of worship of the Barcelona Congregation, which served as the host site. CWS officers from other local congregations gathered at their respective places of worship, which connected to the main site via livestreaming.
In his homily, Brother Enriquez emphasized to the attendees that they ought to be role models of the children in the Church. They can be so by means of their uncompromising obedience to God’s commandments.
“The Christian youth today is the future of the Church. It is important that even in their young age, they know the importance of obeying God’s will. When they grow up, they will not depart from the true teachings which they have been taught,” said the district supervising minister. — With reports from Noemi Jimenez of INC News Section
