Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Local Congregation of Gugo, Ecclesiastical District of Bataan, in the Philippines, offered thanks and praises to the Almighty God during the dedication worship service for their newly built house of worship on December 22, 2023.

Brother Isaias Antinew, district supervising minister, officiated the occasion, during which he taught a Bible-based lesson emphasizing to the brethren the  respect they ought to render towards the houses of worship and the devotion to worship services for the glory of God.

Situated at Brgy. Gugo, Samal, Bataan, the 180-seater house of worship comes equipped with a CCTV camera system and LED TV videoconferencing system. The congregation was also provided with a new edifice for the parsonage and office spaces.

“I am very happy because we are blessed with a beautiful house of worship,” expressed Itane Jane Teofilo, a choir member.

“The rapid increase of membership here in our area necessitated a bigger house of worship,” said Brother Marlon George De Vega, resident ministerial worker. “With God’s help and mercy, we were blessed with a new house of worship.”

“We are thankful to God for continuously utilizing our Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, in upholding the Lord’s command of building houses of worship. For us members of the Church, this newly built house of worship is a manifestation that God continues to be with us,” enthused Brother Antinew. — With reports from Annabele Penuliar of INC News Section
