Ilocos Sur youth celebrates CBI’s 54th anniversary thru special gatherings

During the study of God’s words, the officiating ministers taught all the students to be cautious in acquiring wisdom. They also pointed out from the Bible that the successes they have achieved must not serve as hindrances, rather, added reasons to all the more dedicate themselves to worshiping God and to fulfilling their Church duties. By doing so, the Lord God will continue to bless them, especially with salvation on Christ’s return.

“I am grateful to the Church Administration for the evident love and concern for us youth members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ). We continuously receive guidance through the words of God they teach,” said Mark Javen Cuevas from Banucal Congregation. “I will always dedicate myself to serving God until I receive the promised salvation,” he added.

“I thank God Almighty for this great opportunity He has given me. The special gathering has brought much inspiration and edified our faith in Him,” expressed Alma Mae Pilagan from Quirino Congregation.

“I promise that I will guard my faith as I pursue my dream and acquire knowledge in this world. I will never exchange my election for material things in this life because what matters most to me is my salvation on Judgment Day,” said Rizza Mae Nicole Gamoso from Candon City Congregation. — With reports from Leah Manzano of INC News Section
