An activity dubbed “KADIWA Dialogue on Love, Courtship, and Marriage” held by the Ecclesiastical District of Taiwan South for unmarried members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) from various local congregations there gave the members valuable insights. Facilitated through videoconferencing on January 8, 2022, the activity provided the attendees not only a chance to share ideas on the topic but, above all, be guided by the words of God.

Brother Dante Dela Cruz, district Christian Family Organizations overseer, after acknowledging the insights shared, presented to the KADIWA members what God says concerning love, courtship, and marriage. He highlighted God’s promise to grant a prosperous life to His servants who choose to obey His will, even when they aspire to get married.

“We filtered out the wrong notions about love, courtship, and marriage,” Brother Dante said. The attendees were encouraged “to give it serious thought” because they may have been influenced by their peers in adopting incorrect and inappropriate ideas.

The KADIWA members were thankful for the activity as they are the ones who, sooner or later, will be considering marriage. They promised that even when choosing their spouse, they will let God’s words be their guide. — With reports from INC News Section
