The leadership of the Ecclesiastical District of Nagoya, Japan organized on October 9, 2023 an INConcert, a musical program, to celebrate its fifth anniversary. It was held at the Minokamo City Cultural Center in Minokamo, Gifu Prefecture, Japan.

The highlight of the anniversary celebration was the reading of the message from Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, the Executive Minister of the Church, by Brother Manny Benedicto, district supervising minister.

“The steadfastness of the brethren, who came from various local congregations, group worship services, and extensions in the district, to attend this activity was very evident. It gave them added inspiration to continue praising and thanking God for His bountiful blessings,” remarked Brother Benedicto.

The INConcert showcased song and dance performances of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members throughout the district rendering INC original music. Among those who performed was Heide Canonizado from the Osaka Congregation, a choir member. “It’s a humbling experience. Being part of this activity made me realize how blessed we are to see and experience God’s love for our district,” she expressed.

“As I watched the performances of the brethren, I can see the unity within them. They really gave their best and it was heartwarming,” said Glendrick Dayaon from the Nagoya Congregation, who also brought with him his loved ones and friends to also witness the musical program.

“We thank the Lord God for giving the district five years full of triumphs through the leadership of our beloved Executive Minister. We will continue being one with Brother Eduardo Manalo in all the holy endeavors of the Church,” said Brother Benedicto. — With reports from Stephanie Delos Reyes of INC News Section
