Plate decorating promotes healthy living, creativity among RTR, Agusan Norte youth

The KADIWA members of the Local Congregation of Remedios T Romualdez (RTR), Ecclesiastical District of Agusan del Norte, Philippines, recently held an activity that promoted healthy lifestyle among them while honing their artistic creativity.
The activity was dubbed “Veggie Dish Plating Decoration,” which they held in the compound of their house of worship on September 9, 2023.
With the guidance of the KADIWA district officers, the young adults displayed their creative ingenuity in plating using a combination of vegetables. They shared with one another their knowledge in art in presenting a delectable, nutritious vegetables dish in an attractive way.
“This activity became memorable for the participating members,” said Julian Michael Melchor, a KADIWA district officer. “We discovered different ways to be creative, and at the same time, understand the importance of vegetables for our health. Being united in this endeavor also made us more active in our organization.”
“I’m happy because the Church Administration remembers us, young members, through the KADIWA officers,” Brya Lynne Herda, a KADIWA member, expressed. “We enjoyed the activity and learned plate designing.” — With reports from Jamaya Reyes of INC News Section
