Prospective members from various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Isabela South, Philippines, who completed instructions in Bible doctrines and other requirements for Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) membership, received baptism on November 25, 2023 at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Alicia.

“I thank God Almighty for allowing me to reach this holy place safe and sound. As I’ve received the true baptism and thus became a full-fledged member of the Church, I now have the hope of receiving salvation on Christ’s return,” stated Angelo Pineda who, despite his disability, remain unhindered from attending Bible studies until he received baptism. “I promise to God that regardless of my condition, I will never forsake attending worship services and in fulfilling my Church duties,” he added.

“I would like to thank my loved ones for patiently inviting me to join the Church Of Christ. At my age of 88, I thank God for, with His mercy, I am called in the Church.
