Reaping another victory in the work of propagation, the Ecclesiastical District of Southern Ontario, Canada, conducted a baptism on March 31, 2023, at the place of worship of the Local Congregation of Mississauga West.

Eager to be baptized, the would-be members and brethren who also attended the baptismal worship service arrived early at the venue. One of the newly-baptized members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), Stephanie Manuel of Mississauga West, enthused, “It really feels right to be a member of the Church Of Christ. I’ve been filled with joy and renewed inspiration after being baptized. I know I’m on the right path to salvation. I promise to the Almighty God that I will continue living in accordance with His will. I firmly believe that He won’t forsake me now that I am inside the true Church.”

Brother Jay Acuña, assistant district supervising minister, officiated at the holy gathering. Reminding the candidates for baptism about the importance of being inside the true religion, he emphasized using the Bible that it is only through the Church Of Christ that people can be saved on Judgment Day. He also exhorted those in attendance to excel in all the endeavors of the Church for them to remain on the path towards eternal life.
