“Through the guidance of the Church Administration and the leadership of our district supervising minister, who never fails to encourage us to share our faith, a new extension was established here in our place,” said Brother Johnny Briones, resident minister of the Taculing Congregation.

With the help of God and due to the increasing Church membership in the said congregation, in the Ecclesiastical District of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental in the Philippines, the Church Administration approved the establishment of the BM Extension.

On August 2, 2023, the inaugural worship service was held at the new extension’s place of worship which is two kilometers away from the house of worship of the Taculing Congregation. The holy gathering was officiated at by Brother Ronaldo Canlas, district supervising minister. He reminded, during the study of God’s words, that nothing is impossible with the Lord for His servants who fully trust in Him.

Concurring with what has been taught to them, Glenn Villagracia, one of the head deacons, stated, “The recent blessing we received was because God answered our devotional prayers. We know that we can’t do it on our own because our capabilities are only limited.”

“We thank God, through the instrumentality of our beloved Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for the progress that has happened to the Local Congregation of Taculing and to our district, which will reach its 74th year this August,” expressed Brother Raymond Flores, district secretary.

On the brethren’s behalf, Villagracia promised, “We’ll continue submitting to the Church Administration and participating in the work of propagation because we find happiness in doing such that gives glory to the Lord.” — With reports from Chinny Guinabo of INC News Section
