The leadership of the Ecclesiastical District of Tarlac City, Tarlac, Philippines, inducted Children’s Worship Service (CWS) teachers during the district-wide CWS officers’ meeting held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Paraiso on October 7, 2023.

Prior to the oath-taking, Brother Jhavern Gindoy, the assistant district supervising minister, delivered a Bible-based lesson that detailed the significance of the duties and responsibilities entrusted to CWS officers. Theirs is the crucial role of leading the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) children in the right way of serving God, as well as being respectful and obedient to their parents.

Among those who took their oath as CWS teachers was Lovely Ann Maliwat from the Local Congregation of Macabulos. “I promise to wholeheartedly fulfill my duties as my way of remaining united in all the endeavors of the Church,” she said in an interview.

“This gathering supported by Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, our Executive Minister, and Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo, the CFO Coordinator, is part of their concern, especially for the young members of the Church for them to be molded as true servants of God, ever obedient to all of His commandments,” said Brother Dario Medrana, district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer. — With reports from Rachel Lorezco of INC News Section
