With their guests, doctrinal instructees, and prospective members, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Local Congregation of Townsville, Ecclesiastical District of Australia East, gathered at the Pimlico Performing Arts Centre, Queensland on September 19, 2023 for a Musical Evangelical Mission.

Brother Seth Guttierez, district supervising minister, led the event which he said was “the result of the brethren’s early preparations and, most especially, through our prayers to God; it was a success. The zeal of the brethren here is unwavering. We will continue to always be one with the Church Administration.”

The musical performances featured INC original songs that expressly teach God’s words upheld in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ). Majority of the performances highlighted verses from the Bible that testify to the necessity of being a member of the true Church to be certain of salvation.

“Months before this event, we began planning and devoting ourselves in prayer,” said Ariane Ventura, KADIWA congregation president. “The journey towards this event was filled with experiences that made it evident that the Father helped us,” she added.

Attendees were also treated with snacks and dinner. Most of the guests expressed their willingness to know more about the Church, thus enlisting themselves as doctrinal instructees.

“The event was so inspiring, informative, and spiritual. Using your talents to convey God’s teaching in the Bible is really quite a sight,” affirmed Paulina Everingham, a guest. She then added, “Learning that the Church Of Christ is all biblical in its teachings, I would make it a point to learn more about it.” — With reports from Rho Anne Antonio of INC News Section
