Western Europe District conducts emergency readiness seminar

Organized by the KADIWA district officers, the webinar imparted to the brethren the prescribed immediate actions to be taken during emergencies such as fires, earthquakes, and other life-threatening situations. After watching the informative video presentations, participants took a quiz regarding the topic.

“In urgent situations, people have the tendency to panic or forget how to properly react. That is why I will definitely keep in mind all the things that we have been taught,” said Victoria Elenita Lopez from Antwerp, Belgium. She found the information the seminar imparted “helpful.”

To wrap up the activity, Brother Jerry Tumbaga, the district secretary, gave biblical advice to the attendees. In his lecture, he reminded the attendees that as it is important to prepare for emergencies, it is all the more necessary to prepare for Judgment Day. He reiterated to them that to be saved on that day, they must heed God’s call for obedience to all of His commandments, one of which is to remain in the true Church. — With reports from INC News Section
