Local congregations of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in the Ecclesiastical District of Zambales South, in the Philippines, conducted evangelical missions for the proclamation of God’s words simultaneously on September 8, 2023.

In response to the call of the Church Administration to intensify efforts in the work of propagation, the brethren from each congregation actively worked hand-in-hand to bring many guests to their respective places of worship to listen to the gospel of salvation.

Among those who actively collaborated with fellow members of the Local Congregation of Filtration was John Ray Vino who firmly held that “It is vital to obey and unite with the Church Administration whom God has placed to lead our services to Him.” The Children’s Worship Service (CWS) teacher added, “As a member of the Church, I will continue helping in the propagation work.”

The evangelical mission in the Filtration Congregation was led by district supervising minister, Rodrigo Reyes, who oversaw the conduct of the district-wide propagation activity. His fellow district leadership members as well as select resident ministers were sent to the rest of the congregations.

The Bible study focused on the importance of prioritizing spiritual concerns, or the things of God, over worldly ones to receiving His grace of salvation. Citing biblical verses, the preaching ministers showed the guests that this is by obeying God’s commandments, primarily joining the true Church, that is, the Iglesia Ni Cristo, which the Lord Jesus Christ will save.

The Light of Salvation Committee of the congregations reported that many guests responded positively to the biblical teachings they received, a certain number of them deciding to enlist for instructions on Bible doctrines. — With reports from Nielle Vincent Ciocon of INC News Section
