The “Binhi Friendship Day” hosted by the Ecclesiastical District of Manitoba strengthened camaraderie among young baptized members 12 to 17 years old. It was held at Sinclair Park Community Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on November 19, 2023, which was part of their commemorating the Binhi’s 50th anniversary.

Brother Roland Andrade, district supervising minister, gave the opening remarks, during which he exhorted the young members to give importance to their Church membership by actively participating in their organization’s activities and always loving the brotherhood, among other commands of God.

Binhi district officers prepared for the young members various games of volleyball and team relay, as well as booths, such as guessing games.

“It feels nice that we’re spending time together,” said Sasha de Leon, Binhi district president from the Local Congregation of Winnipeg North.

“This activity has helped us youth to bond with each other,” Jie-Anne Loyola, Binhi choir member from the same congregation, expressed. “Bonding is important especially because we’re all brothers and sisters in the faith.” — With reports from Eric Perey of INC News Section
