CFO Day in Davao Del Norte focuses on edifying young members

Though the CFO Day is for the whole family, the event held by the Ecclesiastical District of Davao del Norte on May 28, 2023 focused more on the KADIWA and Binhi members’ edification, keeping it in line with this year’s commemoration of 50th anniversary of these Christian Family Organizations for the youth.
The Binhi Friendship Day and KADIWA Meet and Greet thus served as highlights of the wholesome event held at the Tagum City Hall Atrium. Teen-aged and young adult members participated in interactive booths that promoted Christian values and enjoyed playing fun and educational games together.
The activity started with a simple but fitting program during which Brother Israel Flores, district supervising minister, in his welcome remarks reminded the brethren of the significance of taking active part in all Church works as it has great benefits for their spiritual life.
“We are so thankful to the Lord God for giving success to our activity,” said Brother Frederick Falame, assistant district supervising minister, in an interview. “Such occasions … also gave opportunity for the brethren to strengthen brotherly bond.”
“On behalf of the brethren, we thank our beloved Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, and the CFO Coordinator, Brother Angelo Eraño V. Manalo for always guiding us in active service to God.
