Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Local Congregation of Copenhagen, Denmark, Ecclesiastical District of Northern Europe conducted a “Welcome, My Brethren” activity in a café located at Studiestræde 21, 1455 København on April 24, 2022.

Brother Philip Manguiat, resident minister, led the brethren in inviting not only the newly baptized but also the prospective members, including their loved ones and friends. During the activity, the attendees took turns introducing themselves to all the rest. Later on, they joined in various fun games.

For Oliver Opfermann who was baptized last February, the activity gave him “the opportunity to connect with people, spending more time with my fellow brethren.” He quipped, “I’m so happy.”

After the activity, Church members handed over care packages and copies of Pasugo: God’s Message magazine to their guests who were thankful for the invitation and warm reception.

“The Church Of Christ will continue on its mission of letting the world know about God’s words, making sure that the true gospel reach more people, if not all, whatever happens in this world,” said Sharmaine Hansen, KADIWA congregation president, on behalf of her fellow brethren. — With reports from INC News Section
