Edmonton CWS officers renew their zeal thru special gathering

Children’s Worship Service (CWS) officers in the Ecclesiastical District of Edmonton had their zeal in fulfilling Church duties renewed during their special gathering held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Eastwood on November 20, 2023.
Brother Rolando Gaviola, district supervising minister, led the study of God’s teachings written in the Bible. He delivered a compelling message, emphasizing the importance of the CWS officers’ role in shaping the future of the Church.
Brother Gaviola went on to say that in the face of various influences the youth encounters nowadays, Church Of Christ members are privileged to be guided by the gospel, enabling them to stand firm in their faith.
“With so many influences the children face today, the worship service keeps them close to God as it is during such holy occasion they are taught His words,” said Vien Limon, CWS teacher from the Local Congregation of Hamptons. “On my part, I will always take care of my younger fellow brethren, visiting them, to lead them in obedience to God’s words until the end,” he added. — With reports from INC News Section
