Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Bulacan West, Philippines participated in “INC Radio F.R.E.E. Caravan” on September 10, 2023. F.R.E.E. stands for Friday Radio Experience and Entertainment.

“The INC Radio Caravan is an activity of the DZEM 954 kHz station, which goes to different ecclesiastical districts in the Philippines to promote INC Radio programs,” said Brother Edwin Acebuque, minister of the gospel.

The Caravan offers the brethren an opportunity to learn various radio program genres and to experience such broadcasting tasks as live news reporting, doing voice over in drama shows, hosting game shows, and more. These are booths simulating a studio for the radio station’s interactive programs.

In the F.R.E.E. Caravan in Bulacan West, the booths were mounted at Vista Mall, Malolos City, Bulacan, Philippines. Brother Librado Santos, district supervising minister, and Brother David Retuta, assistant district supervising minister, led the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the booths, which formally kicked off the event.

“It is a heartwarming experience reporting on INC Radio. I never expected that I would be able to do it,” shared Bien Ivy Cruz of the Bulakan Congregation.

Friends and family members enjoyed playing in fun games and challenges, for which they received souvenirs and prizes. “I’m happy, and I was able to play with my friends on the game show Let’s Take a BREAK,” said Margel Reyes of the Niugan Congregation.

For the wonderful and uplifting experience the brethren in Christ and family members shared together, Jennifer Surio, a deaconess from the Sumapa Congregation, expressed, “I am grateful to the Almighty God, and to all who make up the INC Radio programs, especially to our beloved Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for activities like this.” — With reports from Myka Arabit of INC News Section
