“Together with ministers and evangelical workers, the brethren here in our district are zealous in sharing the true faith,” said Brother Eraño Bartolo, Light of Salvation (LOS) overseer of the Ecclesiastical District of Palawan North.

On July 29, 2022, the district conducted outreach-evangelical missions in three villages as part of its commemoration of the Church’s 108th founding anniversary.

In each of the three sites, namely, Tumbod, Liminangcong, and San Jose, hundreds of guests listened to the biblical teachings upheld by the Church. Afterwards, they received relief packages containing essential food items.

Brother Bobby Fernandez, Director of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) School For Ministers, officiated at the evangelical mission held in the covered court of Barangay San Jose as well as the one held in the village of the Liminangcong later in the day.

Meanwhile, Brother Jovilito Manuba, the assistant district supervising minister, officiated at the evangelical mission held in the village of Tumbod.

Brother Bartolo enthused about the good result of the outreach-evangelical mission. “With God’s mercy, the residents of the villages that we have conducted outreach-evangelical missions in are receptive of God’s words. On top of the material aid we were able to provide, we feel how much it means to them that we share with them the Good News of salvation. In fact, many of the residents have already signified their intention to further examine the teachings of the Church,” he said. — With reports from INC News Section
