The Ecclesiastical District of Taiwan held “This is KADIWA” in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the said organization in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ). Set at Fengcai Banquet Hall along Zhongzheng Road in Hsinchu City, the event on October 15, 2023 was attended by KADIWA members who came dressed in formal attire.

Brother Roel Castillo, the district supervising minister, gave the opening remarks. He encouraged the attendees to enjoy their being in the KADIWA organization by participating in the activities intended for them.

“The single members in various local congregations are here,” Brother Castillo observed. “They allotted time and effort for this activity that bonded them with fellow members.”

The attendees enjoyed the presentations of Iglesia Ni Cristo original music, as well as some fun games, such as What’s in the Bag, Don’t Laugh, and Pick a Challenge.

“This is my first time attending such an activity,” Jaymark Mendoza, choir member from the Local Congregation of Hukou, expressed, “It’s truly elating to be united with activities the Church Administration launches.”

“The Church Administration aims to strengthen its members in obeying the commandments of our Lord God,” explained Brother Julius Caezar Santiago, district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer, as the importance of this activity. “Through activities like this, the young members are guided and safeguarded …” — With reports from Kristine Hope Luzano of INC News Section
