As part of the commemoration of their district’s 81st year of establishment, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Ecclesiastical District of Manila, in the Philippines gathered at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium in Malate, Manila, Philippines for a musical evangelical mission on May 16, 2023. Thousands of brethren and guests attended the said activity.

Select talented brethren showcased Iglesia Ni Cristo original songs which highlight God’s teachings written in the Bible. Thus, they were able to not only demonstrate their God-given talents but their zealousness to help in the intensified works of propagation.

“This activity is eye-opening. Before, I thought the Church Of Christ is purely Bible studies and nothing else,” said Maricar Icaranom, a guest. “It’s elating to be a part of this very important occasion,” declared Marco Eraño Agulot, Children’s Worship Service teacher from the Local Congregation of Sampaloc.

Brethren from Manila once again proved their readiness and willingness to share the true faith to their fellowmen. As Brookshield Echor, finance officer and choir member from the Local Congregation of Paco, said: “As a member of the Church Of Christ, I fully understand the importance of sharing the true faith, that is why I will always do my best in doing so.”

Brother Wilson R. Cayago, district supervising minister, voiced what the brethren who attended the occasion felt, saying: “We offer to our Lord God all the praises and glory, for He, the One Who called us to render the true worship of Him, is the One Who has truly helped us to triumph in holding this sacred occasion.” — With reports from Princess Ronquillo and Michaela Brigette Misa of INC News Section
